Copy the value of that key, and paste it into the URL Schemes box on the configuration page.
To find this value, open the ist configuration file, and look for the REVERSED_CLIENT_ID key.

You can override inherited permissions of child folders to be different than the parent folder. Storage is counted against the person who uploaded the file, not the owner of the folder.
